Privacy policy

Asaasa LLC operates Massage Chair Map and the ChatGPT plugin “マッサージチェア設置場所検索”. This policy covers information handled by these two services.

Information received from ChatGPT and its purpose

A search sends the country, city, venue keywords, venue type, access and price filters, and pagination settings to our service. Detail requests send a facility ID; coverage requests may send a country code. We use these parameters to find facilities and return results.

No account or login is required. Names, email addresses, payment details, health information and your device location are not needed. Please do not enter personal information in search fields.

Recipients and retention

Our server hosted on Vercel processes search parameters in memory for the duration of a request. The search application does not save parameters in a database or a separate search history. It has no feature that uses search parameters for advertising or model training.

Vercel processes connection information, including source IP addresses, timestamps, URLs and device or browser information, for delivery, troubleshooting and security. For requests through ChatGPT, the source may be an OpenAI or other intermediary server. The standard runtime logs we currently use are retained for one day. Records Vercel processes for its own security and other purposes follow its own retention policy.

We return public facility information and sources to OpenAI. OpenAI manages ChatGPT conversations and accounts; retention and training settings depend on your plan and choices. See the OpenAI privacy policy and Vercel privacy policy.

Web map location and local storage

If you allow “Near me”, your device uses its location to calculate distances. We do not send it to our server or store it; it is discarded when the page closes. Displaying map tiles sends your IP address and requested map area to OpenStreetMap. The map area may reveal an approximate location. Its retention and other handling follow the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

The browser may save a language preference in local storage. It has no automatic expiry; you can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.

For connected venues, your browser requests public chair-status data from Google Sheets. Google receives your IP address and request information; your search terms and device coordinates are not included in this request. These readings are used only by the website. The ChatGPT search plugin does not provide live chair availability.

Your controls and contact

You can revoke location permission in your browser. You can disconnect this plugin, delete conversations and change data controls in ChatGPT settings. Our service does not hold personal data in a stored search history.

For questions or deletion requests, contact mori@asaasa.me. We use your email address and message to reply and handle your request. We review information no longer needed and deletion requests, taking applicable legal obligations into account.
